Withdrawal and Refund Eligibility

Students who choose to withdraw from a course within the first two (2) days of enrollment may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are only applicable to the initial enrollment fee for the course.

Students who have chosen the installment payment option are not entitled to a refund. The installment payment option indicates a commitment to the course, and refunds for this payment plan will not be provided.

Refund Amount

For students eligible for a refund as per the above criteria, a 50% refund of the enrollment fee will be processed.

The remaining 50% of the initial enrollment fee will be retained by Learn University to cover administrative and processing costs.

Refund Process

To request a refund, eligible students must contact our Customer Support team within the first two (2) days of their course enrollment. Requests received after this period will not be considered for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the refund request approval.

Refunds will not be provided for any subsequent payments made through installment plans.
